CSPanorama has a unique feature of sharing files by email. Authorized users can share a particular file by clicking on this button. Sharing a file will generate an encrypted link which is shared by email to user’s contacts. User needs to type the email id of the person he/she wants to share the file with and click on the share button. The user who is sharing the file also has the option to set access rights for the file to users who are going to receive the link. User can send the link to multiple contacts as well as displayed in the image. User can split multiple emails by semicolon (;), even add cc and bcc to the email. The person receiving the mail will not have to login to CSPanorama, They can view the file and perform allowed actions just by clicking the link.
